The ceramic display substrate is environmentally protected and sealed with an integrated heat sink/mounting assembly and front cover glass. This enables the overall display module to be easily integrated into the customers system.

Integrated Up Front Control Panel
The display requirement was for an 8,685 pixel LED matrix display meeting full military airborne inhabited fighter specifications. PRP's solution is based on a co-fired ceramic package with LEDs on the front face and the drive electronics on the rear. Both sides of the ceramic package use PRP's hybrid chip and wire technology to produce a highly integrated, high performance display.
