Our process engineers can design a custom LED chip to your specification or we can use your layout to produce masks in order to manufacture the required LED chip.
We offer low cost prototyping and multiple designs per wafer. When your project goes to production we can supply bare die through to packaged and tested assemblies.
PRP have produced many designs from single emitters to x-y matrices with 1,000's of individual LEDs with geometries down to micron levels. Applications include industrial printing, film marking, micro-displays, thermal imagers, weapon sights and miniature alpha-numeric displays.
