PRP announces significant capital investment in production and test equipment
Today PRP announced that it had received its new state of the art high precision wire bonder. The equipment is capable of 2.5 micron level accuracy and can be used to bond large scale optoelectronic devices.
In addition to the wire bonder PRP has recently invested in a new environmental test chamber and a new dicing saw.
PRP’s Managing Director Kevin Peart stated “this investment in production and test equipment demonstrates the Board’s commitment to our customers, the quality of our products and the future of the business”.
